Earlier this week, Xiaomi announced the launch of Redmi Note Prime in India, the successor to the Redmi Note 4g. This is the second device after the Redmi 2 Prime that has been manufactured in India.
The Redmi Note Prime features a 5.5 inch 720p IPS screen with a pixel density of 267 ppi. It is powered by a 1.2 Ghz Snapdragon 410 processor coupled with the Adreno 306 GPU. The Redmi Note Prime sports a 13 megapixel primary camera which supports 1080p video recording at 30 fps. The secondary camera camera is a 5 megapixel shooter which seems to be pretty decent.
The Redmi Note Prime runs on Android KitKat with MIUI 7 on top. All this is powered by a 3100 mAh battery
The Redmi Note Prime will go on sale from 15th December exclusively on Amazon for a price of Rs 8499.
